“Third-Party Providers” means airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other providers not under our control.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide consultancy only. We do not act as booking agents for airlines, hotels, or travel providers. Our role is to provide advice, research, itineraries, and recommendations. You remain responsible for making all bookings directly with third-party providers.

We cannot guarantee availability, accuracy of third-party information, or outcomes beyond our control.

4. Consultancy Packages & Deliverables

Details of packages and pricing are published on our website. Deliverables may include consultation calls, written reports, day-by-day itineraries, budget recommendations, and ongoing advisory support (depending on package selected).

5. Fees & Payment Terms

All consultancy fees must be paid in advance. Prices are in GBP (£). Accepted methods include Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Services will not commence until full cleared funds are received.

Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of services without liability to us.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate personal, travel, and payment information.
  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and medical clearances.
  • Making all bookings with third-party providers based on our recommendations.
  • Acting lawfully and respectfully during consultations.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by clients.

7. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. If less notice is given, we reserve the right to treat the consultation as delivered.

We reserve the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to clients.

8. Refund Policy

All consultancy fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our fault, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction due to third-party issues (airlines, hotels, etc.).

9. Service Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on the package:

  • Basic consultations – within 2–3 business days.
  • Premium and extended packages – 5–10 business days.
  • Complex itineraries (multi-country) – timelines agreed individually.

We will keep you informed of estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the consultancy fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, travel disruptions, or client dissatisfaction caused by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Third-Party Providers & External Links

We may recommend third-party providers. We do not control these providers and cannot be held responsible for their actions, omissions, or quality of service. Any contracts you enter into with third-party providers are solely your responsibility.

External links on our website are provided for convenience only and do not signify endorsement.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials we produce (itineraries, documents, reports, recommendations) remain the intellectual property of My Travel Info Ltd. You may use them for personal purposes only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

13. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or with client consent. Likewise, clients must not disclose our proprietary methods, pricing, or materials to third parties without permission.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Marketing & Communications

We may send marketing communications if you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time. Marketing practices comply with PECR. We may use anonymised client feedback for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation in the UK before escalation to courts.

17. Termination of Agreement

We may terminate services immediately if clients act unlawfully, fail to pay fees, or misuse consultancy materials. Clients may terminate agreements by written notice, but fees already paid are non-refundable except where expressly stated.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or government restrictions. In such cases, obligations are suspended until normal operations resume.
